Lisa has been with the company for 17 years, and currently serves as Controller. Prior to joining Springborn, Lisa held several Accounting positions in the greater Portland area. She has a degree in accounting from the University of Southern Maine.

Lisa handles all in-house accounting functions and is available to assist clients and employees alike. Springborn produces all of its invoicing and payroll in-house, thus allowing clients and employees prompt access to Lisa's excellent customer service skills in these areas.

Carolyn Hart

Carolyn Hart, Staffing Manager at Springborn Staffing Services, specializes in and helps grow each of Springborn's three divisions - Office/Clerical, Accounting/ Finance and Legal Support.

She has extensive customer service experience gained at a national catalog company along with two years of recent temporary industry experience. Carolyn received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College, and her Master's Degree from Boston College.

M.A. Watson is Springborn Staffing's President and C.O.O. She has extensive experience in all areas of the staffing industry. Before taking a hiatus in 2000, M.A. was with Springborn for nearly 12 years, ultimately serving as Executive Vice-President and COO.

Prior to her 17 years in the staffing industry, M.A. earned her degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
