As a recognized state and national leader on LGBTQ+ rights and advocacy, Gia will lead an interactive and informative discussion about creating welcoming workplaces and business for LGBTQ+ people. Attendees will leave knowing the current climate LGBTQ+ people experience locally and nationally, practical suggestions on how to make workplaces more inclusive and attractive to prospective employees and customers, as well as strategies for retaining skilled and trusted staff.
