For direct hire roles, we charge a fixed percentage of the expected earnings for the candidate for the first 12 months of employment. For temporary and temp-to-hire roles, the cost is based on a transparent markup fee, which is added to the employee's hourly pay rate. This fee covers our recruiting services, employee payroll, workers' compensation insurance, unemployment contributions, and all administrative costs. By using our services, you can convert fixed hiring costs into variable expenses, providing greater financial flexibility.
Do you offer a guarantee on your placements?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our candidates. Springborn Staffing offers a placement guarantee on all of our direct-hire and temp-to-hire employees. If for any reason a candidate placed by us does not work out within a specified period, we will find a suitable replacement for you at no additional cost. This provides our clients with peace of mind and reduces the risk of a bad hire.
How long will it take to have an employee in our organization?
The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on our current passive employee base and your specific needs. In certain circumstances, especially for temporary roles, we can complete the entire hiring process within a couple of days. Typically, the hiring process for our temp-to-hire and direct placement roles take anywhere from 2-5 weeks.
